Preamble
The website is the sole property of MSL WEB, including all associated rights. Any reproduction, full or partial, is systematically subject to prior authorization from the owners. However, hyperlinks to the website are allowed without specific requests.
1. Acceptance of Terms
The customer acknowledges having read and accepted, at the time of placing an order, the terms and conditions outlined on this page and expressly declares acceptance without reservation.
These general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between MSL WEB and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These terms and conditions shall prevail over any other conditions contained in any other document unless there is a prior, express, and written agreement.
2. Products
The product images aim to provide the best possible description. However, minor changes may occur, such as updates to product labels or logos.
The vast majority of products offered to customers by MSL WEB are available in our warehouse.
3. Orders
Automated recording systems are considered valid proof of the nature, content, and date of the order. The MSL WEB team confirms the acceptance of the order to the customer at the email address provided.
The sale is only finalized upon confirmation of the order. MSL WEB reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer involved in a payment dispute for a prior order.
The information provided by the buyer during the order process is binding: in the event of an error in the recipient's details, the seller cannot be held responsible for the inability to deliver the product.
Discount codes are not cumulative.
4. Delivery
Upon order confirmation, the company commits to delivering the order to its carrier on the same business day for all orders placed before 1:00 PM. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be shipped the following business day (excluding weekends).
The carrier, under contract with MSL WEB, agrees to deliver the order to the address provided by the buyer.
For deliveries outside mainland France, the customer is responsible for paying all import taxes, customs duties, VAT, and other applicable charges under the laws of the destination country.
All orders placed on the MSL WEB online store are intended for personal use. Customers or recipients of the products are prohibited from reselling them, in whole or in part.
Always check your package upon arrival and make any necessary reservations in case of missing items or damage.
For availability reasons, an order may be delivered to the customer in multiple shipments. In this case, the customer will only pay one delivery fee. If the customer wishes to deliver to two separate addresses, they must place two orders, each with its own delivery charges.
If MSL WEB fails to deliver the goods by the agreed date or within 30 days of contract conclusion, the customer may cancel the contract by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt or another durable medium. If, after a reasonable extension, MSL WEB has not fulfilled its obligation, the contract is considered terminated upon receipt of the customer's written notice.
In case of termination, the company will reimburse the customer in full within 14 days of the contract termination date.
Delivery charges depend on the package's weight (and volume for overseas shipments).
5. Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days (from receipt of the items) to decide. After notifying us within this period, you have an additional 14 days to return the product.
For exchanges or refunds, return the new and unused item(s), along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation, to the following address:

In exercising the right of withdrawal, MSL WEB will reimburse all amounts paid by the customer, without fees, using the same payment method used for the initial transaction. The consumer is responsible for return shipping costs. Reimbursement will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or proof of their shipment.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send the completed withdrawal form annexed to these terms and conditions.
6. Pricing
Prices are in euros (€).
The product prices listed on the website do not include transportation costs.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, inclusive of all taxes, including VAT for France and EU countries. This price includes product prices, handling fees, packaging, storage, and transportation.
7. Payment
The amount invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by MSL WEB.
Payment is due in full on the day the order is placed. Payment methods include credit card (CB logo) or bank transfer.
Online Payments: Payments are processed securely through PayPlug and Banque Populaire servers. Your card details are transmitted securely without being stored by our system.
The order is only confirmed once the payment authorization is granted. In case of refusal, the order is canceled, and the customer is notified by email.
MSL WEB never stores credit card information in its database.
8. Disputes
This contract is governed by French law. MSL WEB is not liable for any damages resulting from product misuse or changes made by manufacturers.
In case of difficulty, the customer should first seek an amicable solution with the company. Failing that, the customer may contact the consumer mediator Medycis or turn to the competent courts.
