Return and Refund Policy

At Cocktail Microfibers, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. Below are the conditions related to returns and refunds for your orders:

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days from the receipt of your items to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once your withdrawal request has been made, you have an additional 14 days to return the products to us. To be eligible for a return, the items must be new and intact.

Return Procedure

  1. Submit your withdrawal request by completing the form annexed to the terms and conditions of sale.

  2. Carefully pack the items to avoid any damage during transport.

  3. Ship the package to the address mentioned above.

Refunds

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amounts paid, including the initial delivery costs (unless you chose a delivery method more expensive than the standard option offered).

  • The refund will be made within a maximum of 14 days following the receipt of the returned items or proof of their shipment.

  • We will use the same payment method that was used for the initial transaction.

  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Checking Your Package

We recommend that you carefully inspect your package upon arrival. In case of damage or missing items, make immediate reservations with the carrier.
